Inclusive Leadership Programme (ILP)

A national, cross‑sector mentoring programme for Wales.

The Inclusive Leadership Programme is a 9‑month mentoring‑based development journey designed to strengthen leadership capability across public bodies, housing associations, education, third sector organisations, national governing bodies, and rural SMEs.

Through structured mentoring partnerships, participants share lived experiences, perspectives, and challenges — building empathy, confidence, and inclusive leadership habits that last.
