Meet the Founder

Founder & Director Senior Culture, OD & Behaviour Change Leader

Claire is an experienced organisational development practitioner with a strong track record across complex, regulated, and multi‑site environments. Her work focuses on inclusive leadership, psychological safety, behaviour change, and values‑led organisational culture.

She has designed and delivered high‑impact leadership programmes, facilitated senior‑level development, and supported organisations through periods of significant change. Her approach blends strategic insight with a grounded, human style that creates space for honest reflection and meaningful growth.

Beyond her consultancy work, Claire is deeply rooted in her community. She is the co-founder of the Border Rounders League, Chair of Llanfyllin Town Football Club, and an active advocate for leadership that reflects the diversity, identity, and lived experience of Wales.

Her practice is shaped by a belief in belonging, integrity, and the power of people coming together with purpose.
