People & Purpose Cymru CIC was created to widen access to leadership development across Wales, especially for those who are overlooked because of geography, confidence, cost or circumstance.

Across our communities, there is talent that goes unseen. People who are capable, committed and full of potential, but who lack the networks, development opportunities or organisational support that others take for granted.

Our partnership model changes that. When Welsh employers invest in developing their own people, they also unlock opportunities for individuals who would never normally access leadership development. This creates a ripple effect: stronger confidence, stronger communities, and a stronger future talent pipeline for Wales.

Partnership is not a transaction. It is a commitment to social mobility, community impact and inclusive leadership, delivered through mentoring‑led programmes that shift behaviour, build confidence and create meaningful cross‑sector connection.

Partnership Options

Below are the three partnership pathways. Each one develops your people and unlocks sponsored places for individuals who need support to take their next step.

Only partnership tiers unlock sponsored places. Standalone programme places do not release sponsorship.

Standard Partnership

For organisations who want to support leadership development while contributing to social mobility in their community.

Includes:

  • 4 x ILP pairs and 1 x RLP pair for your teams (10 employees)

  • 5 x Sponsored places for community participants

  • Updates on programme insights and impact

  • Recognition as a programme partner

  • Total people impacted 15

Impact: Develops your people while opening doors for individuals facing unemployment, low confidence or limited opportunity.

Strategic Partnership

For organisations who want deeper involvement in shaping leadership development across Wales.

Includes:

  • 8 x ILP pairs and 2 x RLP pairs for your teams (20 employees)

  • 10 x Sponsored places for community participants

  • A seat on the Partner Advisory Group

  • Opportunities to host or co‑brand learning sessions

  • Early involvement in new programme strands

  • Total people impacted 30

Founding Partner

For organisations committed to long‑term, Wales‑wide leadership and social mobility.

Includes:

  • 10 x ILP pairs and 5 x RLP pairs for your organisation

  • 15 x Sponsored places for community participants

  • Recognition as a Founding Partner

  • Option to chair the Partner Advisory Group

  • Priority access to new programmes and research
