People & Purpose Cymru CIC is a social enterprise powered by employer partnerships, supporting organisations to strengthen leadership and culture, while directly funding access to development opportunities for people who would not otherwise be able to participate.

Committed to Measurable Culture and Leadership Impact

People & Purpose Cymru partners help widen access to leadership development across Wales. Through partnership, organisations unlock sponsored places for people who would never normally access development, including those navigating unemployment, rural isolation, low confidence or socioeconomic barriers.

Standalone programme places are also available for organisations who want to develop their people without joining the partnership model.

Inclusive Leadership Programme

A national, cross‑sector mentoring programme for Wales.

The Inclusive Leadership Programme is a 9‑month mentoring‑based development journey designed to strengthen leadership capability across public bodies, housing associations, education, third sector organisations, national governing bodies, and rural SMEs.

A executive‑level mentoring programme for senior leaders.

The Reverse Leadership Programme is a bespoke, high‑impact mentoring experience designed for Directors, Heads of Service, Executive Teams, and CEOs who want to deepen cultural intelligence and lead with greater awareness, humility, and confidence.
